Powder coating on extruder edge surface use 38CrMoALA as base, Ni-10is nickel-chrome-cobalt alloy, hardness is HRC58-62,, standard thickness of alloy surface is 1.5-3.5mm. It is wear-proof and corrosion-proof alloy processed with powder coating, Mainly for processing of PVC, PC and industrial plastics etc. .
